I first started painting professionally in 1991 as a summer job pay for university. Upon graduation from business school I went to work for Corporate Canada in marketing and general management. I soon realized that I missed the painting industry. I missed meeting new people, listening to their needs, making recommendations and collaborating with them on what was best for their project. I also missed making promises to earn their business, and building a team to deliver on those promises to make them happy. This is what I do now.
In Vancouver we have been doing this since 1994. I am very proud of this organization and the way we serve our customers. We have been “Complaint Free” every year for the last 10 years, and in 2008 CertaPro Painters in Vancouver was awarded both the “Canadian Franchise of the Year” and “Highest Customer Service Award”.
Over the past 10 years we have painted more that 1,500 or your neighbours homes and our customer satisfaction rating last year was 97.1% of customers would recommend us to friends and family.
